Day: 01 Manali—Local

In morning on arrival check n to the hotel. After fresh up drive visit to local sightseeing famous-

1.Hadimba Devi Temple: – Hidimba Devi Temple, locally known as Dhungiri Temple,[1] also known variously as the Hadimba Temple, is located in Manali, a hill station in the State of Himachal Pradesh in north India. It is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimba Devi, wife of Bhima, a figure in the Indian epic Mahabharata. The temple is surrounded by a cedar forest called Dhungiri Van Vihar at the foot of the Himālayas.

2. Manu Temple: – Manu Temple is believed to be the only temple of Manu in India, who is considered as the creator of the human race on earth. Located at a distance of 3 km from the main bazaar in Old Manali, the temple is believed to be the abode of Manu, the ancient law-giver of India. Folklore points to the fact that subsequent to the great flood, Manu landed at Manali and made the place his abode.

3. Tibetan Monastery: – The Tibetan monastery is one of the major tourist spot in Manali and is famous for weaving different and colourfull carpets. Residents Tibetan Monastery and immigrants of Tibet produce handmade handicrafts to attract the various tourists. Tibetan Monastery is one of the oldest and famous place in Manali.

The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery. The aromatic fragrance of the Tibetan incense sticks that are lit in the Tibetan Monasteries of Manali lays an enchanting charm on the tourists and lures them to visit the monastery again.

4. Vishishth Temple & Village: – Vashist Temple in Manali is dedicated to sage Vashisht, the Kula guru of Lord Rama in the village Vashisht across the River Beas. It is among the most famous places to visit in Manali. The village of Vashisht was named after Rishi Vashisht one of the seven sages of Hindu. The Vashisht temple is believed to be more than 4000 years old. Inside the temple there is a black stone image of the Rishi wearing dhoti. The Vashist temple is decorated with excellent and beautiful carvings on wood. The interior of this temple is rather traditional which is ornamented with antique painting and figures.

5. Club house: – the club house is an amusement zone. It has indoor game facilities and is situated on the left bank of river Manalsu Nallah. The structure of Club House finds resemblance from British style of architecture. It is managed by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) and offers avenue for playing popular indoor games such as carrom, table tennis, karting and skating. Tourists can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with some delicious snacks from their in-house restaurant. Adventure freaks can indulge in river crossing which can be done by ropeway.

6. Van Vihar Park: – Van Vihar National Park is one of the most frequented attractions in Manali. Located favorably on the Mall Road, this park is populated with many deodar trees that provide shade to the whole area. For the convenience of visitors, the park is provided with concrete as well as wooden benches. It is an ideal place for enjoying picnics and spending moments of repose with your loved ones. Its well-laid paths are perfect for a long and refreshing stroll amid lush greenery. In addition to these, visitors can indulge in boat rides in the park’s small pond.

Day: 02 Manali—Solang Valley

After breakfast drive visit to Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund. It offers a beautiful view of glaciers and snow capped mountains. Since the valley has fine ski slopes, it is a perfect place for skiing.  This institute is the venue for winter skiing festival and also offers training in skiing to the tourists. In winter, the valley becomes a skiing paradise with children of all ages slipping and sliding over the fresh white snow. When snow melts in the summer, skiing is replaced by parachuting, zorbing, paragliding and horse riding. For snow lovers, the best time to visit Solang Valley is between the months of December to February. Overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day: 3 Manali—Rohtang Pass

After breakfast drive to Rohtang Pass. It’s a snowy point in Manali. In evening return to Manali. Overnight stay at hotel in Manali. Activities at Rohtang: –
Skiing, Playing in the Snow, a hot cup of tea again and again enjoy the public playing snow at Rohtang

Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will be on subject to availability of permit on the spot with additional cost on sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement & Rohtang is closed on every Tuesday.

Day: 04 Manali—-Naggar Castle

After breakfast drive to visit Naggar castle famous for wooden arts.  One of the attractions in Naggar town is Uruswati Himalayan Folk Art Museum, Naggar. Naggar is home to the rich art gallery which has several beautiful paintings by Roerich, the palace (which is also a heritage hotel).Walk up to the Krishna temple for a quiet walk and bang on views of the Himalayas. Night stay in hotel in Manali. In evening drive to drop at Manali Volvo station.
